A fragrant and refreshing tea grown, hand picked & dried at Elderflower Farm in the Scenic Rim. Rose is prized for its ability to soothe the body and mind; Apple Mint is a gentle sweeter mint known for easing stomach complaints and clearing the head. 
 
Directions for use: Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons in boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Can add honey to taste.
